Top SchoolWillian Carvalho is a Technical Sales Support Engineer with 10+ years building B2B systems, APIs and observability tooling, currently bridging pre-sales and engineering at steadybit. He brings deep hands-on experience in Go and Kubernetes observability from his work instrumenting telemetry at Instana and developing reliability testing platforms. His early career spans Java and frontend systems for constrained devices and media streaming, giving him a pragmatic understanding of performance and resource-limited environments. Comfortable across frontend, backend and infrastructure, he pairs customer-facing technical communication with the ability to implement production-grade instrumentation. Based in São Paulo and open to remote roles across countries, he combines long-term industry breadth with a focus on chaos engineering and reliability.
