Top SchoolWillian Gois is a Mid Software Engineer with eight years of hands-on experience building scalable full-stack and cloud-native systems, currently developing voice and messaging products at Zenvia in São Paulo. He cut his teeth managing high-concurrency Minecraft servers and now architects microservices, microfrontends, and event-driven systems using Node.js/TypeScript, Java/Spring, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes. At Zenvia he led impactful projects—from Twilio Voice integration and a MySQL 5.7→8.0 migration to a Next.js SPA for debt recovery—and contributed to features that measurably improved customer metrics (e.g., WhatsApp Calling driving +26% conversion). Comfortable across backend, frontend, and DevOps, he also drives observability, automated testing, and technical onboarding. Known for turning complex problems into clear, secure solutions, he combines pragmatic delivery with a knack for optimizing performance and cost in production systems.
