Top SchoolWinson Gr is a Senior Software Engineer based in Bengaluru with 4 years of hands-on experience building high-scale, reliability-first backend systems for fintech and AI platforms. He specializes in distributed, event-driven architectures and large-scale data pipelines, with proven impact such as reducing a 38-day sync to 45 minutes and scaling FastAPI throughput 7x on the same hardware. Winson combines pragmatic infrastructure design (Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes) with operational safety—prioritizing idempotency, failure recovery, and telemetry-driven cost optimizations for LLM workflows. Comfortable owning revenue-critical systems, he has driven subscriber and payments platforms for 100k+ paid users and built RAG pipelines over enterprise datasets with zero data loss. Colleagues know him for making systems “boring” by design: simple, observable, and resilient under failure.
