Top SchoolWojciech Kozak is a seasoned product leader with over a decade of experience shaping digital media products and monetization strategies across major Polish publishers. Currently Product Director at Grupa Wirtualna Polska, he has repeatedly led multidisciplinary teams to deliver SEO-driven content platforms, video and e‑commerce features, and data-informed roadmaps. He combines editorial roots and hands-on product ownership with strong analytical fluency, using KPIs and testing to drive growth and change in legacy organizations. A vocal proponent of ethical, independent media, he pairs strategic vision with pragmatic agile delivery and close collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers and analysts. Not obvious from the title: his career began in editorial roles and founding a local newspaper, which gives him rare empathy for newsroom workflows and product decisions that respect journalistic values. Based in Gdańsk, he is known for translating complex publishing challenges into commercially viable digital products.
