Top SchoolWon Lee is a pragmatic software project manager with eight years of experience building and operating complex government data systems, particularly at the EPA where he led XML schema design, web services, and data conversion pipelines for national compliance systems. He combines deep hands-on skills across Java, Python, C/C++, web technologies, database administration (MySQL, Oracle), and BI/reporting stacks (SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik Sense) with practical sysadmin and QA tooling experience. Known for turning messy regulatory datasets into validated XML/CSV outputs and public-facing APIs, he’s also managed Jira/Bitbucket/Confluence workflows and administered enterprise reporting environments. An unusual blend of technical breadth and domain focus, he pairs programming and scripting chops with experience in helpdesk, CRM, and analytics that keeps projects both reliable and auditable.
