Top SchoolWout Mager is a freelance front-end developer based in Groningen with 12 years of experience designing and building responsive, user-focused websites that prioritize accessibility and conversion. He partners with clients directly and is proficient with Statamic and WordPress, adopting new techniques pragmatically to solve real UX problems. His portfolio includes municipal and civic projects like gemeente.groningen.nl and WeHelpen, showing strength in high-impact public-facing sites. Former roles across agencies and ticketing have sharpened his skills in design, wireframing and HTML, rooted in a long history of web design dating back to the early 2000s. Wout is selective about engagements—preferring remote work from his own desk—but is notably enthusiastic about taking on compelling projects in Scandinavia. He balances practical craftsmanship with a clear user-first philosophy, often blending design sensibility and front-end engineering.
