Top SchoolWouter Glorieux is a freelance Python developer with 10 years of hands-on experience building backend systems, trading and arbitrage bots, and bespoke web applications. A self-taught programmer since age 14, he transitioned to Python five years ago to accelerate development and has a particular interest in Bitcoin and blockchain technologies. He has delivered production automation at Cisco—rewriting and decentralizing a test-scheduling shell script into a parallelized Python system—and built consumer-facing projects like The HiveMind on Google App Engine. Comfortable across the full stack, he prefers backend work and brings operational experience from systems administration and ERP development. Based in Ghent, Belgium, he combines a tinkerer’s curiosity with practical, production-focused engineering for freelance clients.
