Top SchoolWyatt Ades is an engineering manager and founder with 11 years of experience building full-stack products and teams from the ground up. As the first engineer at Stepful, he now leads development of an education platform for healthcare workers, having previously co-founded Vanly where he shipped a high-performance SEO PWA, cross-platform apps, and ML prediction services. Comfortable across front-end, back-end and infra, he has a track record of performance engineering—adding sub-30ms SSR in React on Rails and parallelizing CI with Docker to dramatically speed builds. Wyatt blends hands-on coding (WASM, websockets, npm ecosystems) with product-minded leadership and hiring for full-stack talent. Based in New York, he pairs startup grit with teaching experience, and, not obviously, keeps his focus steady as the owner-operator of a succulent.
