Top SchoolXu Ha is a pragmatic software engineer and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building minimal, extensible systems across consumer platforms and data infrastructure. Based in San Francisco, he was a multi-role early contributor and manager at Airbnb—launching Experiences, architecting messaging and listings backends, and leading teams that own core storage and frameworks—and later served as a founding engineer and co-founder at startup ventures focused on community platforms and AI for accounting. He combines low-level systems experience from LinkedIn and Oracle with product-facing work (React/React Native) to move features from prototype to production at scale. Known for shipping practical tooling for operators and hosts, he favors simple, durable designs that evolve with product needs. An under-the-radar strength is his background in computational science and high-performance simulation, which informs his disciplined approach to performance and data modeling.
