Top SchoolYagyansh Bhatia is a software engineer and founder with nine years of experience building distributed systems, databases, and AI-enabled developer tooling from the San Francisco Bay Area. As Co-Founder of Incerto and formerly a Senior Software Engineer at Harness, he led end-to-end ownership of OPA-based policy services, drove customer-facing GenAI integrations, and doubled active customer adoption through product and operational improvements. His background includes designing replication protocols and performance-critical NFS adapters at Nutanix, and research work in depth completion using CNNs, reflecting comfort across systems, ML, and backend infrastructure. Known for taking full ownership of services—code, releases, customer calls, and mentoring—he blends hands-on systems engineering with practical AI experimentation (agents + databases) to solve real-world access-control and data problems. An IIT Guwahati alum, he brings entrepreneurial grit and a willingness to ship imperfect solutions fast to iterate with customers.
