Top SchoolYajun Xia is a senior software engineer with two decades of embedded and networking software experience and a decade-plus focus on wireless and industrial networking technologies. Currently at Microsoft on Azure RTOS, he brings deep expertise from leading protocol and feature development at Cisco and Huawei—work that includes CG-Mesh, Wi-SUN, RPL/6LoWPAN integration, CAPWAP/DTLS, and industrial router/gateway stacks. He has a strong track record of designing SDKs, enabling partner ecosystems, and delivering end-to-end head-end and management solutions for complex IoT and distribution automation deployments. Comfortable across RTOS platforms and wireless firmware to cloud-managed systems, he often bridges low-level protocol integration with higher-level operational tooling. Based in Shanghai, he pairs hands-on implementation skills with prior team leadership and customer-sustaining experience, and is known for shipping multi-protocol, certification-ready products that run concurrently on a single software image.
