Senior🎓
Top School姚文彬 Yao is a seasoned product leader with 9 years in internet product roles and over eight years building ToC and six years in ToB projects, currently leading smart city and civic service product strategy at Ping An Smart City in Shenzhen. He has repeatedly taken products from zero to scale—most notably growing a car-owner app from 100k to nearly 9M monthly active users and supporting ~40M registered owners across value-added services. His strengths combine disciplined product planning, cross-functional team management (product, operations, projects) and hands-on运营 to run high-throughput customer-facing platforms that handle millions of users and complex partner integrations. Early career wins at Tencent and Xunlei show deep experience in viral social features, platform partnerships, and commercializing game and app ecosystems. Colleagues would describe him as energetic, quick-learning and efficiency-minded—summed up by his GitHub motto “lazy life & efficient work”—which reflects a bias for smart automation and pragmatic processes. He holds a BS in Automation from South China University of Technology and excels at turning operational complexity into scalable product workflows.
