RockstarYarick Yermak is a data-driven engineering leader and Head of Engineering with over two decades of hands-on Java and DBMS experience and 15+ years in management, currently shaping platform delivery at TradingView. He has led everything from founding a 40-person outsourcing firm to managing global IT organizations of 3,000+ professionals across banking, capital markets and market research, consistently delivering complex software projects and company-wide transformations.
