Top SchoolYaron Elharar is a Senior UX/UI Product Designer with 11 years of experience specializing in high-complexity healthcare and enterprise systems, currently operating from Israel. He designs HIPAA- and FDA-aware interfaces for oncology and pharmaceutical workflows, including AI-driven patient identification and adverse-event monitoring platforms that streamline clinical trials. Known for turning dense clinical and regulatory requirements into usable, safety-focused experiences, he blends NLP-informed features with clear operational dashboards for multi-stakeholder collaboration. A top 1% designer on freelance platforms, he brings both agency and in-house experience—working from TBWA brand campaigns to leading product design for BioSense and Oncology Information Systems. He also runs his own studio, giving him entrepreneurial fluency in end-to-end product delivery and client-facing strategy. Less obvious: he repeatedly designs for live, time-critical clinical contexts where UI decisions directly affect patient recruitment, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
