Top SchoolYaroslav Kotsur is a pragmatic software engineer and tech leader with 11 years of experience building high‑throughput services and end‑to‑end products from Krakow. As Co‑owner and CTO at PushPushGo he architected and led systems handling peaks of 30k req/s, managed multi‑TB MongoDB clusters, and drove polyglot stacks spanning JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust and Python. He pairs frontend fluency (React/JS/TS) with backend and systems expertise (Node.js, Go, Rust, .NET, Docker, Ansible, Redis, RabbitMQ) and applies DDD, TDD and clean‑code practices to microservices and REST APIs. Comfortable in both hands‑on coding and technical leadership, he has repeatedly scaled features into production under high load and storage demands. His academic background in medical equipment systems hints at a disciplined, systems‑level approach to reliability and engineering rigor.
