Top SchoolYaser Tawash is a seasoned software leader and Full Stack Engineer with nine years of experience building AI-powered platforms, cloud marketplaces, and user-centric apps from Riyadh. Currently Senior Director of Development and Operations at REMAT ADVANCED, he combines hands-on coding (Go, Java Spring, Python, Next.js, React) with UX design to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high-availability systems for smart cities, mobility, and government services. He has repeatedly taken products from prototype to production—examples include SauTech (real-time transcription/diarization), Basier (AI crowd management), and his own scheduling app Calinda—while driving vendor transitions and insourcing efforts. Known for blending product-minded design with platform-scale engineering, he emphasizes CI/CD, reliability, and API-first architectures under tight timelines. His background spans startups and large public-sector programs, giving him a pragmatic fluency in regulated environments and cross-stakeholder coordination. An uncommon strength is his ability to switch between executive strategy and hands-on UI/UX work, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and highly usable.
