Senior🎓
Top SchoolYashraj Nayak is a developer-focused program leader with 9+ years building and scaling developer and student communities across India and APAC. He has led university alliances and large-scale developer programs at Databricks, MongoDB, GitHub and OutSystems, delivering conferences, meetups and cohort-based learning that engaged tens of thousands of developers and thousands of in-person attendees. Known for turning grassroots meetups into repeatable global programs, he revived and launched chapters in diverse markets (Seoul, Abu Dhabi, Rio, Cape Town) and was DRI for hundreds of user-group events. He blends hands-on event ops and automation with stakeholder alignment to scale programs efficiently, and has a track record of building student ambassador and accelerator initiatives that feed talent pipelines. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs technical empathy from an engineering background with program management rigor to represent developer needs inside product organizations. A lesser-known strength is his knack for designing low-friction learning journeys—like cohort challenges and multi-stage student accelerators—that convert curious learners into certified, job-ready developers.
