Senior🎓
Top SchoolYashu Gupta is a Senior Manager in AI Engineering & Architecture with around a decade of experience building and productionizing scalable AI and ML solutions across telecom, insurance, legal, enterprise and BPO domains. He blends hands-on deep learning and NLP expertise—especially LLM fine-tuning, generative and agentic AI—with pragmatic MLOps and cloud deployment skills on Azure, AWS and NVIDIA stacks. At EXL he led impact-driven projects including agent platforms, domain-finetuned LLMs served with vLLM, RAG-based enterprise search, and automation that cut manual effort by half while improving accuracy. Comfortable as both an individual contributor and team lead, he frequently translates stakeholder needs into deployable systems and mentors junior scientists. He also brings less-obvious strengths in language-neutralization and multilingual NMT pipelines and a track record of optimizing throughput/latency for GPU-served models. Based in Gurugram, he combines deep technical breadth—from transformers and vector DBs to Kubernetes and microservices—with proven delivery of measurable business outcomes.
