Senior🎓
Top SchoolYi-wen Chang is a seasoned software engineer with 11 years of experience building high-throughput, scalable services across Taiwan, Singapore, the Netherlands, and the UK. Currently at Meta, she has a track record of shipping resilient systems and improving delivery pipelines—previously increasing release cadence from a few per week to 5+ per day and redesigning CI/CD to onboard many services. She blends backend engineering (Go, Node.js, TypeScript) with cloud-native tooling (AWS, ECS, Lambda, Terraform) and pragmatic architecture choices that balance performance with MVP speed. A collaborative leader, she fosters open, equal team discussions and routinely drives cross-functional initiatives, from leading meetings to composing executive briefs. She favors TDD and code review culture and brings side-project curiosity—experimenting with edge technologies and migrating successful prototypes safely into production. Based in London with a strong community background in meetups and hackathons, she combines global product experience with hands-on execution.
