Top SchoolYihui Ma is a Senior Software Engineer with a decade of experience specializing in DRM, content protection, and low-level C/C++ systems for Android and embedded platforms. He has led adaptation of Google Widevine and implemented HDCP protocol work across Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets, resolving complex Google XTS issues and integrating with TEE environments. At Huawei he designed high-performance cryptographic components and a lightweight PKI/communication protocol that now runs on millions of devices, and optimized OpenSSL-related modules to dramatically cut memory allocations. Comfortable across Linux, PKI, TLS, AES modes (CBC/CTR/ECB/XTS) and system design, he combines hands-on coding and code review with pragmatic performance tuning. Based in Hong Kong, Yihui pairs deep security and cryptology expertise with practical product delivery in constrained embedded environments. A detail-oriented engineer, he often surfaces protocol-level fixes that prevent large-scale interoperability and performance problems before they reach production.
