Senior🎓
Top SchoolYoungki Lyu is a seasoned backend developer with over 20 years of experience building high-availability systems across fintech, live streaming, blockchain, and medical AI. He specializes in Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript, with hands-on expertise in multi-PG payment integrations, AWS Lambda architectures, microservices, and robust monitoring. His career spans major corporations like Samsung and LG to startups, where he led technical architecture and delivered everything from SoC firmware and video codec drivers to blockchain platforms and medical AI products. An active open-source contributor, he routinely fixes library bugs rather than just working around them—deepening his understanding of underlying technologies like TypeORM, Dynamoose, and pydicom. Based in Gyeonggi, South Korea, he combines low-level systems know-how with modern backend practices and a pragmatic focus on observability and reliability.
