Top SchoolYuanxun Gu is a Senior Platform Engineer with a decade of experience building and operating cloud-native platforms at SAP, specializing in Kubernetes, GitOps, and CI/CD automation. He has led multi-cluster GitOps transformations and built pragmatic developer tooling like the FlowKeeper GitHub App to enforce PR governance and improve release auditability. Equally comfortable coding in Go and Java as he is designing platform integrations, he has implemented secret management with Vault, declarative delivery with FluxCD/ArgoCD, and centralized observability using OpenSearch and audit logging. Yuanxun blends SRE rigor with developer empathy—creating self-service dashboards, ArgoCD plugins, and automated semantic versioning that streamline team workflows. He also explores AI-driven operational tooling, having developed an internal ChatOps assistant and GitHub data indexer leveraging LLMs for faster incident resolution. Based in Munich with a strong academic foundation from NUS, he brings research-driven curiosity to large-scale production reliability challenges.
