Top SchoolYuqing Li is an experienced software engineer with six years focused on Azure Data (SQL) at Microsoft and a broader 15+ year tenure across Windows fundamentals, drivers, diagnostics, and large-scale services. Based in Redmond, she currently contributes to building Azure Arc Data Services, combining deep systems knowledge with cloud-native and Kubernetes interests. Her background spans low-level work—kernel drivers, memory allocators, TLS/PKI and networking—from the Midori and Windows projects to higher-level analytics and ad-campaign systems. She led architecture and management for China Device Health payment security software that reached hundreds of millions of devices, showing a rare mix of security, scale, and product delivery. Trained at Tsinghua and with doctoral studies at UC Irvine, she brings rigorous academic grounding to pragmatic engineering decisions. Colleagues describe her as a systems thinker who moves confidently between hardware-adjacent plumbing and cloud service design.
