Top SchoolYuri Guller is a director-level engineering leader with 12 years of experience driving architecture, platform modernization, and people-led change at Vonage. He specializes in domain-driven design, API gateways, and scalable Java-based services while blending hands-on delivery with strategic ownership transitions across multiple products. Yuri has repeatedly reduced customer-impacting incidents through large-scale system refactors and introduced robust authN/authZ and RBAC systems that improved stability and developer productivity. His background spans startup CTO/architect work in insure-tech to creating design systems and web component libraries, reflecting a rare mix of product, UX-to-code automation, and backend expertise. Based in Kiryat Ono, Israel, he pairs practical engineering (Kafka, AWS/EKS, GHA, Argo) with a focus on transparent, vision-driven teams. An avid builder who prefers crafting tailored solutions over one-size-fits-all libraries, he brings entrepreneurial instincts to enterprise-scale problems.
