Senior🎓
Top SchoolYuri Novitsky is a Technical Architect with 13+ years building and leading cross-border teams to deliver telecom-grade and enterprise web systems. He combines deep Java SE/EE and Spring expertise with hands-on experience in databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), middleware (Kafka), and legacy PHP stacks, enabling pragmatic integration across OSS/BSS landscapes. At Netcracker he moved from lead developer to architect on internal cloud and major operator projects, owning design, estimations and cross-vendor interfaces for features like capacity planning and commissions. Comfortable across full stack concerns, he applies strong OOP, SOLID-based design and TDD practices to drive maintainable, testable systems. He also brings a background in semantic knowledge-bases and Linux administration, which helps when bridging data modelling with operational needs. Based in St. Petersburg, he’s equally at home mentoring small international teams and diving into low-level SQL tuning or integration challenges.
