Top SchoolYuva C is a seasoned technologist and people leader with over 20 years of experience building Java platforms and more than five years focused on consumer IAM architectures using ForgeRock and Okta. As a Consumer IAM Architect and Sr. Engineering Manager at Toyota Financial Services, he has designed and hands-on implemented CIAM solutions, custom OpenIDM endpoints in Groovy, and automated user lifecycle flows that supported multi-country dealer applications. He combines deep Java and cloud skills—Spring/Spring Boot, AWS, RESTful microservices, and Unix/Linux—with practical security and DevOps tooling like Docker, monitoring, and emerging Kubernetes/Terraform knowledge. Known for recruiting, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams, he consistently delivers complex projects on time while improving developer experience and operational reliability. An engineer at heart, he still writes production automation and custom plugins that have eliminated manual tickets and saved significant man-hours across organizations. Based in the Washington DC–Baltimore area, he brings a rare blend of hands-on implementation, architecture, and people leadership across enterprise IAM and cloud systems.
