He architects and governs identity strategies—spanning Azure AD, SAML/OAuth, SCIM, MFA, and PIM—while aligning IAM controls with business objectives and enterprise risk. Zach’s background as an Oracle DBA and long tenure at Cox give him deep operational insight into provisioning, lifecycle management, and integrating legacy ERP systems with modern cloud identity stacks. He’s comfortable bridging technical detail and strategy, from orchestration and analytics to threat reporting and governance frameworks. Known for practical implementations rather than theory, he blends platform expertise with a focus on proactive, auditable identity risk controls.
