Zach Rachlin is a full-stack software engineer and founder based in Jackson, Wyoming, with nine years of experience blending mechanical engineering rigor and modern web and ML development. He leads product and architecture at two startups while drawing on a five-year bioinformatics engineering tenure at Memorial Sloan Kettering and prior autonomous-vehicle research at Ford. Proficient across TypeScript, Python, React/Node, and PostgreSQL, he emphasizes test-driven development, CI/CD, and scalable APIs, and explores machine learning and computer vision for impactful data-driven projects. His background in mechanical systems and CAE gives him an uncommon strength in bridging hardware-informed modeling with production software. Zach also holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering, completed immersive software and ML programs, and stays field-ready with wilderness medical training.

DroneVision is a cross-platform, desktop-application designed to assist filmmakers that wish to use drone footage in their projects. Users are able to build and pre-visualize drone flight-paths in 3D utilizing our custom path-building tool. Leveraging React, Redux, and Three.js, we are able to model the user's flight-path in real-time and allow users to connect to their drone and film the paths they build with one, simple, click. Users are also able to import and export flight-paths for later use with our own ".dvz" file extension. DroneVision includes two aviation instruments: 1) Telemetry: animates drone's roll, pitch, and yaw in real-time; and 2) State: displays flight-time, temperature, and other information. DroneVision also allows user's to fly their drone manually on the Manual Control screen. Technologies: Electron, React, Redux, Three.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Semantic-UI React
