Top SchoolZachary Breit is a computer engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building production software and leading multidisciplinary teams, currently at Key Tech Inc. He combines low-level systems and data-streaming expertise with front-end and mobile experience, having shipped everything from a React Native app for a 1,000+ person hackathon to Kafka- and Spark-driven signal analysis pipelines. Zachary has a strong background in applied machine learning and edge inference—training a TensorFlow model to 96% accuracy for an embedded snack-detection system—and has optimized resource-constrained code via concurrency, compression, and cluster distribution. As a repeat intern at defense and research organizations and a student tech director, he brings rapid prototyping discipline, agile leadership, and a knack for turning research concepts into deployable tools. Based in Baltimore, he pairs technical depth with mentorship experience that accelerates team onboarding and productivity.
