Top SchoolZachary Fink is a hands-on entrepreneur and geothermal systems expert with seven years of documented technical and leadership experience, serving as President of ZBF Geothermal where he oversees design, installation, and remediation for residential and commercial projects. He pairs engineering know-how with business acumen developed through sales engineering and operations roles, managing project lifecycles from load calculations and unit sizing to subcontractor coordination and P&L. As Vice President of the Long Island Geothermal Energy Organization he has shaped regional outreach, regulatory liaison and educational initiatives to expand geothermal adoption. Zachary also contributes to open-source front-end work—helping enhance a Vue 3 Markdown editor with TypeScript and UX-focused tooling—which hints at a practical interest in developer tools and elegant user experiences. Based in Town of Babylon, NY and holding a BS in Management from Northeastern, he blends technical depth with client-facing, regulatory, and operational leadership. Colleagues would note his uncommon mix of field-level problem solving and polished public-facing advocacy for clean-energy HVAC solutions.
