Top SchoolZachary Hill is a transformational technology executive with 11 years of formal experience and a 20+ year competitive sports background that informs his team-first leadership style. As SVP, Technology at Sunward and founder of Octo Ventures, he blends hands-on architecture and cybersecurity oversight with strategic roadmapping to align technology to business goals and Vision 2035. He’s built and stabilized engineering cultures across organizations from small teams to 6,000+ employees, emphasizing autonomy, mastery, and shared accountability. Equally comfortable designing AWS deployments and writing the IaC to provision them, Zachary pairs deep infrastructure and virtualization roots with a talent-development focus that elevates technical teams. Outside work he channels his problem-solving energy into adventure projects and startups, bringing a pragmatic yet optimistic approach that often turns “impossible” goals into repeatable outcomes.
