Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolZaid Alam is a guide and engineering lead from Meguro, Japan, currently studying Computer Science at IIIT Jabalpur while leading a team at Akatsuki AI Technologies. With three years of experience, he builds cloud-native, scalable backends and AI-integrated platforms—delivering projects from ERP systems in Django/React to AI finance tools and a Bitcoin miner in Go. His SLDC Odisha internship showcased measurable impact: migrating to microservices, adding NGINX reverse proxy, and cutting query latency by 75% through targeted PostgreSQL indexing. Comfortable across Docker, AWS, Terraform and modern stacks, he pairs production-grade system design with strong algorithmic chops demonstrated by 1000+ solved problems on Codeforces, LeetCode, and CodeChef. He mentors junior developers as a Guide at his campus programming club, running workshops and post-contest reviews to raise coding culture. Colleagues describe him as a hands-on leader who moves quickly from prototyping to secure, deployable systems.
