Senior🎓
Top SchoolZaid Lahham is a seasoned software leader and founder with 11 years of experience building cloud-native platforms, infrastructure, and product-focused engineering teams. As Co-Founder and CPTO at Revie and formerly an Engineering Manager at Monzo, he blends hands-on technical delivery with hiring, performance management, and cross-functional strategy—particularly in financial crime and platform engineering. He has led large platform migrations to Kubernetes, championed DevOps practices, and delivered measurable business impact by shrinking environment provisioning from months to days. A graduate of UCL and Warwick, Zaid pairs deep backend and infrastructure expertise (Golang, Kubernetes, Terraform) with product sensibility from early-stage to enterprise contexts. He’s pragmatic about knowledge sharing and team health, and quietly drives outcomes by turning operational complexity into reliable developer-facing platforms.
