Top SchoolZak Butcher is a Lead Mobile & Web Developer with a decade of experience modernizing frontend architectures and building reusable design systems across React and React Native applications. He has led cross-team initiatives to create unified component libraries, migrate legacy apps to hooks-based architectures, and enable parallel React versions to support incremental UI rollouts. Zak pairs hands-on engineering with mentorship—coaching junior developers and conducting technical interview training—to raise team capability while driving measurable efficiency gains. His background in engineering science and prior roles managing accessibility and compliance audits give him a methodical, data-driven approach to solving complex product problems. Based in Philadelphia, he’s as comfortable refactoring mobile business logic into clean presentation layers as he is translating regulatory requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
