Top SchoolZhengyu Qian is a multidisciplinary design leader with 11 years of experience crafting million-user iOS, Android, and web products and building developer-facing infrastructure for open source and public-good projects. As Design Captain at DoraHacks and a designer-developer at Dora Factory, he blends product design, information architecture, and front-end engineering to ship end-to-end systems and protocols. An invited W3C expert and editor on Chinese text layout (CLReq), he brings rare linguistic and typographic expertise to internationalization and editorial design. He co-hosts the typography podcast TypeChat and runs editorial projects that bridge culture and code—an “anti-disciplinary” approach that pairs Peking University engineering training with deep typographic craft. Outside work he tolerates being servant to five cats, a hint of the practical patience behind his design rigor.
