Senior🎓
Top SchoolZidan Wang is an Associate Developer with eight years of cross-disciplinary experience building full-stack and cloud-native solutions, primarily using Java, Python, SQL, Angular, Spring Boot and AWS. At Scott Logic he’s delivered production systems including an AWS/Terraform-based intelligent document processing pipeline and polished front-end applications, combining hands-on coding with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD. His background in cloud data engineering and ETL complements application work, giving him fluency across data, backend, and frontend layers. Unusually for an engineer, he pairs this technical depth with professional simultaneous interpreting and IELTS tutoring experience—skills that sharpen his communication, stakeholder management, and attention to nuance in high-pressure contexts. Based in Newcastle, he brings a rare blend of linguistic rigor and software craftsmanship to projects that require both precise technical execution and clear cross-cultural collaboration.
