Senior🎓
Top SchoolŽilvinas Kučinskas is a pragmatic software engineer and serial founder with 13 years building high-throughput SaaS products, real-time APIs, and reliable scraping infrastructure. As CEO of SearchApi and founder of ExportData (acquired), he combines deep Ruby on Rails expertise with production-grade stacks—Sidekiq, Hotwire, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, Terraform and AWS—to deliver low-latency, developer-friendly services. His background spans technical leadership roles driving performance tuning, idempotent background jobs, OAuth2/KYC flows and billing via event sourcing, plus hands-on work designing scalable crawling and ad-scraping systems with industry-leading success rates. Comfortable from system design to infrastructure-as-code, he repeatedly turns complex requirements into maintainable, high-availability platforms. Based in Vilnius, he pairs startup grit with an academic foundation in computer science and a knack for SEO and growth-driven engineering that boosts organic traffic and developer adoption.
