Top SchoolZiv Salzman is an engineering leader and full-stack developer with nine years of experience building cloud-native, serverless systems and scaling remote engineering organizations from San Francisco. He has led teams at AppDynamics and BlastRadius, launching new products and operationalizing on-call, CI/CD and Zero-Bugs practices while hiring and organizing distributed squads across the Americas. As Head of Engineering he shipped a closed-beta product, architected an AWS serverless ingestion pipeline and owned end-to-end SOC 2 compliance; he now consults helping startups finish SOC 2 and embed security into code and processes. Ziv combines an aerospace engineering background from Technion with hands-on software craft, favoring English as the clearest "programming language" for design and documentation. Outside work he’s a foodie and gardener who has built community-focused side projects like SwapEat and an event-driven framework (Kalium) for Kafka/SNS/SQS. Practical, systems-minded and security-aware, he thrives at the intersection of architecture, operations, and lean product delivery.
