Top SchoolZsolt Balog is a Global IT Enterprise Architect with 11+ years of leadership in transforming large organizations through cloud-native, DevOps and automation-driven practices. He has led architecture and platform teams across public sector and construction-digitalization leaders, driving migration to microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD and everything-as-code while incubating security and test-management capabilities. Known for blending startup agility with enterprise governance, he mentors teams to make fast, low-bureaucracy decisions without losing strategic direction. His career spans hands-on systems and protocol development up to enterprise strategy roles at Nemetschek Group, GRAPHISOFT, IdomSoft and Telenor, giving him rare end-to-end perspective from code to portfolio. A pragmatic collaborator, he scales architecture by turning many individual contributions into shared, repeatable platforms. Based in Budapest with an MSc in Computer Science, he quietly bridges dreamers of physical buildings and the technologists digitizing the construction industry.
