Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolZsolt Pentz is a product-minded Senior Frontend Engineer based in Budapest with 11 years of experience crafting accessible, high-performance user interfaces. He has driven measurable UX and performance improvements—e.g., cutting page load and error-recovery times by 20–60% while migrating legacy apps to modern React-based design systems. Comfortable working in cross-functional, distributed teams, he pairs hands-on React/TypeScript work, component design and Storybook documentation with metrics-driven product decisions using Datadog and Amplitude. He’s delivered accessibility and agile lectures, led team processes and recognition-worthy projects at Oracle, and now applies that blend of pedagogy and pragmatism at LastPass. Outside work he’s a drummer and animal lover, bringing the same attention to rhythm and detail to interfaces as to life.
