Summary
👤
SeniorZubair Ahmed is a Fullstack Mobile Engineer with over a decade building user-facing mobile and web products, particularly in fintech and climate tech, and currently focused on React, React Native, and TypeScript. He has driven React Native adoption across teams, led mobile-first product delivery at FinMarie and Wunderflats, and served as a Technical Team Lead mentoring engineers and shaping team processes. His experience spans end-to-end delivery for platforms handling high transaction volumes and includes work with GraphQL, Next.js, and AI-assisted document review. Zubair values clean architecture and performance at scale, and brings a pragmatic emphasis on maintainable codebases that enable fast iteration. He’s expanding his backend skills with Python and exploring Vue.js to broaden his frontend toolbox. Based in Berlin, he blends hands-on development with hands-on leadership, often preferring to solve problems by improving team craft rather than only optimizing code.
